Jennifer Lopez set to perform in Bucharest’s Constitution Square on July 27, as part of the Summer in the City festival — and her appearance brings more than just music and dance. It also involves a detailed list of requirements that reflect her carefully balanced and highly disciplined lifestyle. With just a few weeks left before the concert, the Romanian organizers are already deep into preparations to ensure everything meets the artist’s expectations.
A tailored menu and strict dietary rules
For Jennifer Lopez, nutrition isn’t just a choice — it’s an essential part of the routine that keeps her energy levels high and her physique in top form. According to the specifications sent to the Romanian organizers, the singer requires exclusively organic products, made from fresh, natural ingredients. Her diet is completely free of processed foods, gluten, and caffeine, focusing instead on leafy greens, fruits, seeds, and superfoods.
Some of her preferred ingredients include kale, spinach, Brussels sprouts, and stevia — a natural sweetener often favored by celebrities looking to avoid sugar. As for drinks, Lopez opts for spring water, organic milk, and decaffeinated coffee. Everything is carefully selected to support her healthy, uncompromising lifestyle.
These same principles apply to the menu for her team. The 16 dancers and technicians accompanying her on tour will also have access to similar food options, with an emphasis on quality and nutritional balance.
Zen atmosphere and luxurious comfort in her private space
Beyond food, Jennifer Lopez places great importance on the space where she prepares for the show. Her dressing room must be decorated in warm, light tones with Zen-inspired furniture, plants, large mirrors, and a massage table, with a dedicated masseuse available. To maintain fresh air and a relaxing atmosphere, the room will be equipped with air purifiers — creating an environment where the artist can feel at ease before going on stage.
In addition to her own dressing room, Lopez has requested at least six fully equipped rooms for her team, each with easy access to makeup stations, wardrobe areas, and rest lounges.
“Jennifer Lopez’s requests are aligned with international standards for major tours. There’s nothing unusual — it’s about comfort and consistency, especially when an artist needs to perform at their best in every city,” said Denise Săndulescu, CEO of DD East Entertainment, the company organizing the concert in Romania.
A large-scale show with tickets almost sold out
The Bucharest concert is part of the singer’s international tour, which kicks off on July 1 in Antalya and includes several major cities across Europe. Her performance in Constitution Square is among the summer’s most anticipated events, and ticket sales reflect that. VIP and Greet & Photo packages are already sold out, but fans can still purchase tickets for Diamond Circle, Golden Circle, and General Access, available through IaBilet, Eventim, and Entertix.
The event promises a spectacular production, with stunning visuals, professional dancers, and a soundtrack filled with global hits. Jennifer Lopez will bring to Bucharest not just a concert, but a full-scale performance — with energy, charisma, and the perfectionism that has defined her throughout her career.
