DJ Paul Kalkbrenner, Axwell, Lost Frequencies, John Summit, Don Diablo, R3hab, Salvatore Ganacci, Mëstiza, Alok, Charlotte de Witte, Deborah de Luca, Nina Kraviz, and Korolova will perform sets at the National Arena between July 4–6 as part of the Neversea Kapital Festival.

The festival will feature three main stages: Mainstage, The Ark, and Temple.

Payment system, check-in, and access

Organizers urge all ticket holders to complete the check-in process, which can be done either online or onsite. However, onsite check-in will incur a €25 fee per ticket.

Only fans who have completed the check-in form (online or onsite) are eligible to receive a festival wristband. A valid ticket (full pass or day ticket), barcode, and photo ID are required to collect the wristband.

Minors under 18 must present a valid ticket, ID, and a parental consent form, which can be downloaded from here and filled out before arriving at the venue. Children under 14 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent both when collecting the wristband and upon entering the festival grounds. Children under 7 are allowed entry only if accompanied by a parent and are advised to arrive before 7:00 PM.

Minors aged 7–14 may only enter with a valid ticket and in the company of a parent. A parent may accompany only one child under the age of 14. All tickets and wristbands are personal and non-transferable.

Wristband Pre-Redemption for 18+

Festivalgoers over 18 with General Access or VIP passes who have completed online check-in can collect their wristbands before the festival at the following locations:

Neversea Redemption Points (1–3 July, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • Sun Plaza
  • București Mall (ground floor, near Info Point)
  • Mega Mall (near the food court)

Raiffeisen Redemption Points (1–3 July, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • Băneasa Shopping City (Galeria Feeria, ground floor)
  • AFI Cotroceni (ground floor)

Ploom Redemption Points (1–3 July, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • AFI Cotroceni (Galaxy entrance, ground floor)
  • Promenada Mall (ground floor, near the stairs)

To reduce wait times and avoid queues, online check-in is strongly recommended.

Festival Access

During the event, wristbands can be collected daily until 4:00 AM, and access to the venue is permitted until 5:00 AM.

Organizers recommend light clothing, sunscreen, and adequate hydration throughout the event. Attendees are advised to check the approved items list to avoid having belongings confiscated at security.

Prohibited Items

Forbidden objects include:
 Illegal substances, alcohol, flammable materials, bottles (including perfume/deodorant bottles), baby bottles, umbrellas, cosmetics (sunscreen is allowed), backpacks or bags larger than 29×21×12 cm, canned goods, fireworks, lasers, sprays, knives, weapons, blunt objects, banners on sticks, chairs, chains, pyrotechnics, food and drinks, animals, professional photo or video equipment, including DSLR cameras or devices with detachable lenses, and any objects deemed dangerous.

Attendees are encouraged to consult the official list of banned items on the Neversea Kapital website under Terms & Conditions.

Top-Up & Refund

The festival’s payment system is supported by Raiffeisen Bank, the official bank partner, and is integrated with the wristband, offering increased security and convenience.

All payments at the festival will be made via the festival wristband—cash and card payments will not be accepted by vendors. Wristbands can be topped up either online (recommended) via the check-in account or onsite at CreditPoint stations (with cash or card).

Refunds are available only for amounts loaded online. Wristband holders can choose to request a refund or donate the remaining balance to the “Public Hospitals Funded Privately” social cause.

Refunds/donations can be requested through the check-in account used for the online top-up.
Online refunds begin July 9 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM and will be available until July 14 (Monday) at 10:00 AM.

Attendees who loaded credit onsite can request refunds during the festival at any CreditPoint booth or on Monday, July 7, between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, at the ticketing area.
