Palatul Noblesse stands at Strada Sfinților no. 7, in Bucharest's historic center, close to Piața Rosetti and Calea Moșilor. The building went up in 1881, designed by architect Alexandru Săvulescu — his first commission after returning from architecture studies in Paris, and the first eclectic-style building in the old city center. The commission came from banker Ioan Pascu, at a time when Bucharest was building its reputation as the "little Paris" through exactly this kind of architecture.

In 1903, the house passed into the hands of banker Leonid Berkowitz, who altered it according to plans by contractor L. Schmid. After his death, his son Max Berkowitz took over the building and turned it into the bank's protocol headquarters. The family emigrated to America, and the building became the House of Pioneers and Falcons of the Homeland, a role it kept until 1989. Over two decades of abandonment followed, during which the structure survived with its original elements intact: woodwork, stucco, terracotta stoves.

In December 2012, the building came into the possession of Noblesse Group, led by Loredana and Silviu Preda, and the restoration took roughly three years. Structural work began in 2013, with the original stucco removed, catalogued, and restored in workshop. The ground floor opened in June 2014 and hosted its first events while work continued upstairs and in the basement. The upper floor, with the Royal Apartment, was finished in early 2015, and Biblioteka, in the basement, in 2016.

Today the palace operates as an events and arts center, rented out exclusively — the whole building, for one event at a time. The ground floor holds six salons: Baroque (45 sqm, 40 seats), Florence (35 sqm, 36 seats), Regent and Luxury (25 sqm, 24 seats each), plus the Central Hall and Gallery Hall, the latter suited to intimate dinners or photo shoots. Upstairs, the 60-square-meter Royal Apartment serves as a prep space for the wedding party or as overnight accommodation. In the basement, Biblioteka Hub, with its brick vaults and bookshelves, hosts launches, readings, and smaller gatherings. Outside, the 600-square-meter garden, with a Parisian feel, is used for ceremonies and outdoor dining.

The palace hosts weddings, baptisms, corporate events, launches, galas, exhibitions, and photo shoots, backed by its own kitchen and a dedicated chef's team.
