Located in Bucharest’s Sector 3 at Strada Drumețului no. 2A, the space houses the baking facility (not a retail storefront), where loaves are made using natural sourdough, no industrial yeast, no additives—just water, flour, salt, and time .
Their fermentation process spans 24–48 hours, producing bread that’s nutritious, flavorful, and truly authentic. The selection includes white, whole grain, seeded, and rye loaves, alongside crackers, pastries, biscuits, and cozonacs—all crafted carefully with wholesome ingredients . While there’s no shop on-site, MamaPan offers online orders and city-wide delivery, supporting a network of distribution points across Bucharest.
