Bucharest Police Section 6 is responsible for maintaining public order and citizen safety in Sector 6. It is in charge of preventing and combating crime, including theft, violence and economic crime, as well as road safety through patrols that monitor traffic.

Precinct 6 is active in crime prevention campaigns and promotes working with the community to create a safer environment. Officers are also involved in the fight against domestic violence, supporting victims of such crimes.
