Bucharest Police Station 26 has the role of protecting the community and ensuring public order in its area of responsibility. Police officers are involved in preventing and combating a wide range of crimes, from theft and acts of violence to economic crime and road traffic.

Precinct 26 also focuses on strengthening the relationship with citizens, organizing educational activities to raise community awareness about crime prevention. In addition, officers are prepared to intervene quickly in emergency cases, including the protection of victims of domestic violence, acting promptly to ensure their safety.
