The "Nicolae Minovici" Folk Art Museum, better known as "Villa Minovici" or "Villa with Bells", is a true cultural jewel, dedicated to the preservation and promotion of Romanian folk art and traditions. Founded in 1905 by doctor and collector Nicolae Minovici and opened to the public in 1914, the museum is located in a neo-Romanesque villa, which is itself a remarkable example of traditional Romanian architecture.

The museum's collection comprises a wide range of folk art objects, including traditional costumes, textiles, ceramics, glass and wooden icons, tools and household objects, all reflecting the diversity and richness of folk culture from different regions of Romania. Each piece exhibited in the museum tells a story about crafts and traditions that have been handed down from generation to generation.

In addition to the permanent collections, the museum organizes various temporary exhibitions, workshops and cultural events, which give visitors the opportunity to get actively involved in discovering and appreciating the Romanian cultural heritage. These educational initiatives contribute to keeping traditions alive and sensitizing the public to the importance of preserving folk art.
