Voievodal Palace Curtea Veche is one of the most significant historical monuments in Bucharest, located in Sector 3, near the city center. This former royal residence was built in the 15th century by Vlad the Impaler and served as the seat of the rulers of Wallachia.

Curtea Veche was a major political and cultural hub, witnessing numerous historical events. Today, only a few ruins and restored buildings remain from the original complex, but they offer a fascinating glimpse into Bucharest's medieval history. Nearby, you can also find the Curtea Veche Church, an important place of worship from that era.

🚌 Access: Easily accessible by public transport (Unirii or Timpuri Noi metro stations), but temporarly closed.

A perfect spot for those wanting to explore the historical roots of the capital!
