"Traian" Theoretical High School

"Traian" Theoretical High School in Bucharest is a pre-university educational institution located in Sector 2, at 20 Luigi Galvani Street. Originally founded in 1945 as a co-educational primary school, the high school has evolved over the decades, hosting in 1959 the National School of Cinematography and becoming in 1978 the Industrial High School no. 25, under the patronage of "Metrorex", to train specialists in the administration of the Bucharest subway. In 1990, the institution was transformed into Liceul Teoretic "Traian", a name it regained in 2014, after a period in which it functioned as Industrial School Group and Technical College.  In addition, the high school also includes secondary education, ensuring a continuous education for students from lower secondary school.
