Special Gymnasium School No. 5, officially known as the Inclusive Education Center No. 5, is located in Sector 3, Bucharest, on 13 Turturelelor Street, near Piața Alba Iulia. The school provides primary and lower secondary education (grades 0–8) and is dedicated to students with special educational needs (SEN).

As of 2023, the school was transformed into an Inclusive Education Center, offering educational, therapeutic, and support services to over 700 children with various disabilities, including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy.

The facilities include adapted classrooms, therapy rooms, and recreational areas, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all students.

Through the integration of educational and therapeutic services, Special Gymnasium School No. 5 provides a supportive setting for the holistic development of children with special needs.
