Located at 114 Splaiul Unirii, Sector 4, Bucharest, Special Secondary School No. 3 offers educational and therapeutic services for children with moderate and severe mental disabilities. The institution has two sites: one on Splaiul Unirii 114 and the other on 10 Toporași Street, both equipped with modern facilities adapted to the special needs of the pupils.

The school curriculum includes, in addition to the usual curricular areas, specific compensatory therapies, psycho-pedagogical assessment and counseling, as well as complex and integrated educational therapy. The special kindergarten operates according to its own curriculum, which includes activities for the development of communication, psychomotor expression, sensory and cognitive education, personal and social autonomy, as well as specific compensatory therapies. The school's multidisciplinary team is made up of special education teachers, psychologists, physiotherapists, physiotherapists and doctors, providing comprehensive support for the harmonious development of each child.
