Școala Gimnazială nr. 62, located on Potârnichii Street in Sector 2, Bucharest, offers preschool, primary, lower secondary, and a class for special education. The daily schedule for primary and lower secondary runs from 08:00 to 14:00/15:00. The school has two buildings: Building A, with 11 classrooms and a lunchroom for the “After School” program, and Building B, with 18 classrooms.

Facilities include modern classrooms equipped with ergonomic furniture, video projectors, interactive whiteboards, computers, webcams, and Wi-Fi access. There is also a modern gym, synthetic football and basketball courts, a library with over 18,000 volumes, and offices for medical care, speech therapy, and psychological counseling.

Through its “After School” program, students receive meals, rest time, homework support, and educational activities until 16:00, followed by sports training with coaches from CSS nr. 2.

At the 2024 National Evaluation, the school had an average score of 6.51, with 6.76 in Romanian and 6.26 in Math, based on 80 graduates.
