Located in Sector 1, at 50–52 Nicolae Titulescu Avenue, near Piața Victoriei, Școala Gimnazială "Nicolae Titulescu" is a public school with a tradition of over 80 years. Originally known as "Ciovică School," it was founded in the 1930s and designed by architects Emil Nădejde and Eugen Cușcenco in a deco-modernist style, focusing on student comfort and learning needs.
