Located in Sector 3, on Intrarea Țiglina no. 37, Cezar Bolliac Secondary School offers both primary and lower secondary education. In 2024, 8th-grade students achieved an average score of 7.69 at the National Assessment, with 8.20 in Romanian Language and 7.19 in Mathematics, ranking the school 408th nationwide. 

The school is equipped with 24 classrooms, 2 science labs, 2 vocational workshops, its own gas heating system, as well as a medical office and a dental office fitted with a dental unit, autoclave, water distiller, and sterilization equipment. Starting in the 5th grade, students can enroll in classes with intensive English instruction. The school is also actively involved in educational projects and extracurricular activities, promoting a balanced and student-centered approach to learning.
