Teatrelli is an alternative artistic laboratory, launched in 2013 by CREART – Bucharest’s Center for Creation, Art & Tradition. Located in Piața Lahovari 7, its modular setup allows for flexible staging—from classic theatre to experimental performance, contemporary dance, and multimedia installations. With around 94 seats, the venue creates an intimate connection between performers and audience, fostering emotional engagement.

Its repertoire is eclectic and bold, featuring work-in-progress pieces, hybrid shows, contemporary texts, comedies, and reimagined classics. Teatrelli encourages artistic exploration, offering a platform for innovation and timely themes, always accompanied by open cultural dialogue.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the CREART box office, and the in-house bar provides a relaxed atmosphere before and after performances. Located in Sector 1, near Piața Romană, the venue is easily accessible by public transport. Teatrelli isn’t just a place to watch theatre—it’s a space where art is tested, reimagined, and openly debated.
