Carol Park, a true corner of nature in the heart of Bucharest, represents an ideal place for relaxation and learning about the history of the capital. Carol Park was created between 1900 and 1906 for the National Jubilee Exhibition and is one of the oldest parks in Bucharest. It is located near a place with great historical significance, being a large park with shady paths, lakes, and fountains.

Attractions: the Heroes' Monument (former Mausoleum), a symbol of the park, the Roman Arenas - an open-air amphitheater where concerts and events are held, Lake Carol where boats can be rented, the gazebo and children's playground, wide alleys with diverse vegetation including secular trees, a rose garden and historical sculptures.
