The Technical College of Post and Telecommunications "Gheorghe Airinei" in Bucharest is an educational institution with a long tradition in training specialists in the field of post and telecommunications. Established in 1942 as the Medium Technical School of Telecommunications, the school was created to meet the need for specialized manpower of the Ministry of Communications and its units such as ROMTELECOM, C.N. POȘTA ROMÂNĂ and REGIA DE RADIOCOMCOMUNICAȚII. 

Located in Sector 6 of the capital, the college has a capacity of more than 1,500 students, distributed in 62 classes, 15 of which offer intensive teaching in French and English. The institution comprises day, evening and part-time high school, vocational school and post-secondary school, offering a wide range of specializations such as:

  •     Natural Sciences
  •     Social Sciences
  •     Economics
  •     Tourism and Food
  •     Electronics and Automation
  •     Postal Technician
  •     Gastronomy Technician
  •     Telecommunications Technician

To support students' preparation, the college provides specialized laboratories and collaborates with various institutions and companies in the field, offering opportunities for internships and professional development.
