With a history of over 150 years, Școala Gimnazială "Petre Ispirescu" – No. 171, located in Sector 1 of Bucharest on Vasile Gherghel Street no. 2, is one of the city's oldest schools. The institution operates in a historic interwar building, carefully maintained and equipped for modern education.

It offers primary and lower secondary education for students aged 6 to 14. In addition to the standard curriculum, students can choose from approved optional subjects and take part in the free after-school program "Education for Life", which combines academic support with creative and recreational activities.
