Secondary School No. 190 in Bucharest stands out as an institution that skillfully blends tradition with innovation, offering students an educational environment that meets the demands of today’s world. In the 2024 National Assessment, the school’s 8th grade students achieved an impressive average score of 7.79, with 7.94 in Romanian and 7.64 in Mathematics, out of a total of 252 graduates—a result that places the school among the stronger performing public institutions in the capital.

One of the school’s highlights is its commitment to innovative educational projects, such as the “Pixel-Garden-Class – The Digital Garden Classroom”—a creative initiative that won funding through the “Support an NGO” program run by the Orange Foundation. The project created an interactive and tech-enhanced outdoor classroom, helping students develop digital competencies in an engaging environment.

In addition to its educational programs, the school has undergone extensive infrastructure upgrades, with full renovation work carried out by the Sector 4 City Hall. Classrooms have been modernized, new furniture and equipment have been installed, and the building’s exterior was completely refurbished—resulting in a learning space that is both welcoming and functional.
