The Technical College of Architecture and Public Works "Ioan N. Socolescu" in Bucharest is an educational institution with over 130 years of tradition, having its origins in the School of Arts and Crafts, founded in 1884 by the architect Ion N. Socolescu. 

The College offers educational programs in the field of architecture and construction, including specializations such as Architecture, Environmental Arts and Design, Mathematics-Computer Science and Construction, Installations and Public Works. 

The mission of the institution is to train and develop students to meet the challenges of the labor market and the post-secondary and university educational environment, promoting the values of European democracy and positive attitudes towards self and others.
