Secondary School No. 150 in Bucharest, located at 29–31 Eroii Sanitari Boulevard in Sector 5, is one of the capital’s oldest educational institutions, with roots dating back to 1861. Originally known as the “Free School of the Brâncoveanu Foundations in the Gorgani Suburb,” it has evolved over time into a coeducational and modern middle school. In 2024, its students achieved an impressive average of 8.45 at the National Evaluation, placing the school 34th in Bucharest. 

The Romanian language average was 8.54, while Math scored 8.35, with graduates admitted to elite high schools like “Spiru Haret” National College and “Tudor Vianu” National College of Computer Science with averages as high as 9.95.

The school provides education at the primary and lower secondary levels, targeting students aged 6 to 14. The curriculum includes English, German, and French, along with optional courses and extracurricular clubs. 

Students are encouraged to take part in academic olympiads, subject competitions, and cultural and sports events. The school offers modern facilities such as fully equipped classrooms, science labs, a medical office, and a library.
