Bucharest's Sector 6 Police is responsible for ensuring public order and protecting citizens in a very dynamic area of the capital. Police officers are actively involved in preventing and combating crime, including theft, street violence, economic crime and road safety, through patrols and rapid interventions.

In addition, the Sector 6 Police works closely with the local community, running crime prevention and education campaigns. This helps strengthen the relationship between the police and citizens to create a safer environment. Officers are also dedicated to protecting victims of domestic violence and in emergency interventions to support people in need.
