The center features an Auchan hypermarket and a Praktiker DIY store, along with an additional 61 shops. For children, it offers stores like Imaginarium, Toyplex, Okaidi, and Sergent Major, which sell toys, clothing, accessories, and educational materials .
In 2024, plans were announced for a significant expansion of Militari Shopping Center, aiming to increase its leasable area to 120,000 square meters, which would make it the largest mall in Bucharest, surpassing AFI Cotroceni by one-third. The project includes the addition of approximately 3,500 parking spaces and the construction of two underground parking levels .
