Located at 16 Nerva Traian Street, Sector 3, Grain Trip is a specialty bakery that takes you on a culinary journey around the world, one loaf at a time. Since opening in April 2018, this artisanal bakery has gained a loyal following for its naturally leavened breads, globally inspired pastries, and commitment to slow fermentation and real ingredients.
All of their products are made with sourdough starter only — no commercial yeast — and the focus is always on quality, flavor, and authenticity.
